Reinforced Enkamat
Reinforced Enkamat is a proven, flexible permanent erosion prevention mat in controlling surface erosion. It is designed to promote permanent root/stem reinforcement for vegetation on steep slope and in vulnerable erosion-prone areas. The material is made out of dense three- dimensional Polyamide 6 fibers with 95% volume of the mat available for soil filling and possessing good resistance to UV degradation and weathering.
Reinforced Enkamat ensure positive and permanent integration of vegetation thus immediate stabilization of steep slope surfaces while providing an enhanced environment for seed germination. Besides enhancing root reinforcement and controlling surface erosion, the reinforcement in the matting operates as a protection against loose or falling rocks and strengthening the system.
